Do you offer demos on equipment we are interested in buying?

Yes! By appointment you are welcome to come see the equipment run, or request a video if you can not come in person.

Do you offer installation?

We do offer installation for the equipment purchased from us. You will need to have power, air drops and oven venting ready before hand. Email us for a quote on installation costs.

Do you offer assistance for a company just starting out with no SMT production experience? 

Yes! We offer consultations as well as on site training of our equipment. 

If i bought my equipment somewhere else, will you still offer field service?

We do offer field service on other sellers equipment as long as its a brand/machine we work on. Email us to find out if we can help you. There is a different rate charge if the equipment did not come from us.

If i have equipment im trying to sell could you sell it for me?

Typically no. We do not broker machines or equipment. We do offer both cash and trade credit if it is equipment we work with. Send us an email with details and locations.

Can you do the PM’s (preventative maintenance) and calibration on site?

Yes as long as it is equipment we regularly work with. We have different rates if you purchased the machine from us or from somewhere else.

Is there any warranty with your equipment?

All of our refurbished and remanufactured equipment comes with a minimum 30 day part warranty. Some come with 90 day part warranty.

I see on ebay some of your larger items say pickup only, what if i cant come pick it up myself?

No problem! All equipment can either be palletized, crated, or loaded & secured onto a dedicated truck. Email us and we can quote the cost to get the equipment to you.
